Walters Residence _ 1,450sf
This addition provides a much-needed living and sleeping expansion for the Walters family. Spaces are organized around a light-filled living room with a rhythmic floating stair flooded by light from west-facing windows and skylights throughout the structrure. A roughly cubic form was used to maximize energy efficiency and fit the structure into a tight site on a tight budget.
